Special guest Lorenzo Giappichelli of Vinattieri 1385 will join us for an evening of Italian cuisine and thoughtfully selected wines, including the 2023 Tignanello.
The menu features crispy fontina-filled risotto crocchette, burrata with roasted beet carpaccio, chitarra pasta with slow-braised duck ragù, and veal saltimbocca with prosciutto, sage and Marsala reduction. Espresso panna cotta with dark chocolate shavings and coffee caramel provides a sweet finish.
