Easter in Italy

Come get a head start on Easter Dinner with us here at DiCampli’s!  We have a magnificent menu centering around the traditional Easter meal of lamb!  
 
Special Guest Jason Sharp, of The Sorting Table Wine Imports, will entertain us with stories of our specially chosen Italian wines. We will eat, drink, learn a thing or two and probably make some new friends!

Starter

Slow braised lamb meatballs, smothered in red wine tomato sauce & topped with pecorino cheese. 

Paired with: 2020 Marrone Barbera D’Alba

Pasta

House made Campanella pasta, lamb shoulder ragu with parmigiano.

Paired with: 2022 Marrone Langhe Nebbiolo

Main

Lamb lollipop: Pistachio breadcrumb crusted and grilled; served with pomegranate glazed carrots & potato mash.

Paired with: 2020 Marrone Barolo

Dessert

Pigna Di Pasqua: Tradititonal Easter bundt cake topped with a sweet glaze & candy sprinkles.

Paired with: 2016 Castello di Ama Vin Santo
