Farm to Table Dinner

Becky Wasserman & Co. exports wine from small domaines who honor their terroirs by bringing minimal intervention, sustainable grown, organic and in many cases, even biodynamically grown wines to the United States. The fruit is painstakingly grown and vinified by family operated growers and wineries, not big corporations. Discriminating importers then deliver boutique quantities of these wines to the US. 

 

Although not widely available, we are proud to offer them for one night in a coursed dinner paired by Di Campli’s In House Sommelier, Jenny Douglas; along with a very special Farm to Table menu prepared by Executive Chef, Luis Espino. Ingredients for all courses have been sourced from our local area for the freshest most imaginative and delicious experience we can offer you!

Reception Wine

Unpaired Reception: Huré Frères L’Inattendue Blanc de Blancs Champagne. 

First Course

Mushroom salad: A Roasted oyster mushroom stuffed with diced veggies, tomatoes and apples dressed with a red wine vinaigrette and topped with smoked Elise cheese.  
 
Paired with: 2023 Domaine Luneau-Papin, Muscadet Sèvre-et-Maine La Grange.

Second Course

Fresh Primavera Pasta: House made rigatoni with fresh vegetables (zucchini squash,  green peas, asparagus, and red onion tossed in a creamy truffle parmesan sauce and topped with local microgreens.  
 
Paired with: 2022 Les Vins de Vincent Prima Material Grenache Noir 

Third Course

Roasted tenderloin medallions: Served with mushroom bordelaise sauce, ratatouille with thinly sliced zucchini, potatoes and a rustic tomato sauce.  
 
Paired with: 2022 Le Vins de Vincent, Yseult Mon Amour Syrah 

Fourth Course

Short cake trifle: Layers of sponge cake alternating with macerated strawberries and peaches topped with fresh whipping cream.
 
Paired with:2022 Vignoble du Reveur Alsace Blanc ‘La Vigne En Rosé
