Four shrimp skewers—two Calabrian honey-lime shrimp and two tarragon-garlic shrimp—served over a caper and olive ricotta spread, garnished with herb oil.

Sous vide lamb shank served over red beet risotto, accompanied by baby beets and finished with a vibrant salsa verde.

✨Dessert:

Four chocolate-dipped strawberries with whipped cream and a berry compote.
